Bata Pakistan offers a hassle-free 10-day return and exchange policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your footwear purchase. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 10 days of delivery to log your return or exchange request.

• 2.
  Pack the Item

  Carefully place the unused product back into its original Bata box along with the original invoice and any promotional materials.

• 3.
  Shipment or Drop-off

  Send the package back to our central warehouse via a courier of your choice or visit any Bata flagship store for an over-the-counter exchange.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item, after which your refund or replacement will be processed within 7-10 working days.
